All fees are clearly outlined before services begin. You agree to pay the consultation ($800) and service fees ($700) upfront via EFTPOS, as well as a final invoice after your property sale is completed ($1,199). There are no hidden fees or commissions.
Corban+Dallas does not enter into agency agreements or act as your legal representative in property transactions. You retain full control of your sale and negotiate directly with buyers.
You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its proper functioning. Any data, materials, or content found here may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Corban+Dallas will provide professional support and marketing services to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for the outcome of your property sale or any financial losses resulting from decisions made during the sale process.
